FAMILY
STUDIES
WELCOME TO FAMILY STUDIES!
Family Studies is a multidisciplinary subject area within the Social Sciences & Humanities curriculum that encompasses four areas: Food and Nutrition, Fashion and Housing, General Family Studies, and Raising and Caring for Children. Family Studies provides many great opportunities for students to engage in a learning environment that appeals to many different types of learners. In addition, individual courses provide students with a foundation for a variety of possible post-secondary destinations. The invaluable skills taught in Family Studies will last a lifetime!
