Former or Non-TDSB Student e-Summer School Registration

Pick one of the two enrollment paths below and follow each of the steps carefully.
These instructions are for NON TDSB STUDENTS ONLY!

TDSB secondary school students DO NOT USE this registration path. If you create an external e-Reg account your application will be deleted. Current TDSB secondary students must login to e-Reg using their TDSB student number and computer network password.

Path A: Current Ontario high school students

Step 1: Set up an e-Reg Account

Step 2: Log in to e-Reg to request an e-Summer School course. Except for CHV2O/ GLC2O, only ONE course will be processed per session.

Step 3: Once you have requested ONE course, you will be sent an automated email instructing you to print the Parent/Guardian and Guidance Consent Form. Have your parent or guardian sign the form and then submit to your guidance counsellor or principal. Your school will keep this document on file.

Step 4: Ask your guidance counsellor or principal to send a confirmation e-mail to eLearning@tdsb.on.ca.
They MUST use their professional e-mail to provide the following details in the subject line:

  • your full (legal) name
  • your Ontario Education Number (OEN)
  • the session (July or August)
  • course code that you have permission to take
  • your status: approved or denied
  • Attach your Ontario student transcript (OST) or credit counselling sheet.

Step 5: When the TDSB e-Learning office receives the confirmation email and OST from your guidance counselor or principal, you will be enrolled in your course and sent an confirmation of enrollment.

Path B: NOT registered in an Ontario high school

Note: Student must be resident of Ontario and under 21 years old
