A number of school forms have been sent home. It is extremely important that these forms be completed in full and returned promptly.

These completed forms are essential in order for your child/children to participate in school activities such as physical education, school trips and other events that may include taking pictures and videos. Also, providing accurate and up-to-date contact information is needed to do Safe Arrival checks and to contact you should your child have an illness, accident and/or if the office or teacher need to contact you.

The teacher and parent contact is very important to your child's success at school.
