To commemorate the end of our 4th season, Glen Park held our first annual Winter Classic Outdoor Hockey Event at Glen Long on Friday February 27, 2015. The event was featured on Global Television's "Making a Difference" with Susan Hay, Rogers "Trending TO Sports" & the North York Mirror newspaper. The Classic featured 3 hockey games and we were honoured to have special guests Karl Subban, Wayne Primeau, Sami Jo Small & Christina Kessler join us to celebrate this great event. Additionally, the event featured a raffle which raised $1,117.25 for the Hyundai Hockey Helpers Program & KidSport Ontario. We chose these charities as they align with the philosophy of Wolf Pack Hockey Program; to provide an opportunity for students to play cost-free organized hockey for the first time. The Wolf Pack's 5th Anniversary Season will be capped off with our 2nd Annual Winter Classic event at Glen Long Arena on Friday February 26, 2016. Mr. Subban will again be joining us at this year's Classic.
