Halbert is going green!  This year, we have a variety of ECO Club Extracurricular activities available for students.  Please see the schedule below:

 

Take a look at these school wide initiatives that are taking place at Halbert:

  

- Students and community members from the Parenting Centre all came together to work on our ECO Documentation mural, based on the book: "The Bear Hug" by Nicholas Oldland.

 

- Halbert's Recyling Depot will take your old batteries, toners, ink cartridges, small appliances, and markers.  So bring them in!
 

- Halbert's Virtual Forest helps offset carbon footprint!




- Classrooms are turning their lights off on sunny days to reduce the use of electricity!
