TPH website will guide families on how to book an appointment for their eligible children at a location of choice that is offering the school Immunizations; meningococcal, hepatitis B and HPV (human papilloma virus).  Please promote the following link to families,  Toronto Public Health - Toronto Public Health School Immunization Program Clinics (frontdesksuite.ca)

Another frequently asked question is how parents/guardians can access their child's immunization record to know which vaccines they have received.  Please share the following link; Toronto Public Health | Immunization Connect | Home (ehealthontario.ca).  ICON (Immunization Connect Ontario) is a new, secure system to track and report a child's immunization to Toronto Public Health.  Parents will need to create a PIN with use of their health card number or the child's Ontario Immunization ID (OIID – 13 digit #).

Families can ask questions by calling our TPH Hotline number 416 338-7787 8:30 am to 4:30 pm to speak with a representative.

Transitioning to grade 9

At first glance, it may seem that transitioning to Grade 9 takes only a few minutes.  However, the TDSB has many choices for students to examine.  Our school guidance counsellor, Erin Nicholson works with all of our intermediate students on a weekly basis.  She spends a great deal of time with the Grade 8 students discussing options and course selections.  The TDSB also has a great deal of information on its website.

Please click here to view the Beyond 8 portion of the transition to Grade 9 information portal.
