Beyond 3:30 is a unique Model Schools for Inner Cities initiative that provides programming focused on healthy living and learning opportunities in the arts for middle school children between the hours of 3:30 and 7:30 pm in one of the places they trust the most, their local school.

The History of Beyond 3:30

Beyond 3:30 launched in 2009 in seven middle schools to support our inner city communities through innovative partnering between Toronto District School Board’s Model Schools for Inner Cities Program, Toronto Foundation for Student Success, Toronto Community Foundation, the Ministry of Health Promotion and a wide variety of local community organizations and corporations.  In 2010 Beyond 3:30 has expanded into twelve schools.
