The Osler School Council is hosting an online workshop on mental health and well-being on April 29th, from 7pm to 9pm. The session will provide parents and caregivers with practical applications and strategies for maintaining self-care and a positive mindset.  The workshop would be beneficial to families with students in the DD and MID ISP programs.

Eligibility:

• 18 years old
• entering final year of high school in the 2024/25 school year
• have a primary identification of an intellectual or developmental disability on their IEP
• motivated to work full time or part-time 20 hours a week or more after finishing high school
• able to communicate in a workplace setting
