The McKee Library

The library is at the heart of McKee Public School

Just like a real heart, there is never a moment when it is not pulsing with activity and student learning! Every class comes down for a Weekly Book Exchange. During this time, students participate in book talks, share stories, and make curriculum connections while promoting and highlighting multicultural celebrations and reinforcing the TDSB Character Traits.

Depending on the grades, children are encouraged to take out books from different genres.

Library Website:  Visit the library website to use the Encyclopedia and other resources at home. For some sites, you will need a password. The passwords are on a bookmark sent home with your child. If it was lost or misplaced, please see the librarian for the access codes.
