Our 2023-2024 School Council parent volunteers have officially been elected and we would like to introduce ourselves.

Let's get to know our School Council Executive Members:
Mary-Ellen Aelick (Co-Chair): Mary-Ellen is serving her 2nd year as Co-Chair for Regent Heights and is looking forward to continuing to build on the momentum from last year. She currently has 3 children at Regent Heights with a 4th starting in 2025.
Taylor James (Co-Chair): Taylor has a background in Theater Arts and Makeup and is a Mom of 2, a daughter in Grade 2, and a daughter starting at Regent Heights next year. She loves that Pizza lunches and last years Movie Night brought everyone a sense of joy and is excited to be an active members that helps build enthusiasm and fun for the school community.
Katie Sanders (Secretary): Katie has worked in the arts all her life and is currently a freelance grant writer. She has a daughter in SK. She loves gardening, writing, walking in the ravine, and being at home with her family. She's excited to join the Parent Council as Secretary this year.
Tim Wong (Treasurer): Returning for another year as student council Treasurer, Tim hopes to be more engaged to promote and manage funds that help the students and parents. Financials are important in our community so he hopes to provide the need for our kids education. Tim has two kids at the school, Zonic (Gr. 1) and Niki (SK).
