The registration fee for our EdVance Program is $30.00 per school year.  This covers the cost of the student agenda, photo ID, celebrations, guest speakers, field trips, student awards, and theme days.

6 (Six) hours. There are 3 (three) periods per day,  2 (two) hours each.  Students must take a minimum of 2 periods per day to be considered "full time"..  Click here for information about the Quadmestered System.

Neither night school nor summer school is held at SCAS, but as a SCAS student, we can help you register for these programs at another location.  Please click here to register..

 

Do You Have E-Learning?
Many of our courses have class websites designed to support students when absent for a day or so. Students are expected to attend classes.  E-Learning is a fully on-line credit program.  Please click here to register for E-Learning.

EdVance students are strongly encouraged to study full time in order to achieve their OSSD before turning 21.  Part time study may be granted as a medical accommodation or on the basis of extreme need.  You must speak to your Vice-Principal.

Yes, you can earn up to 12 (twelve) credits per school year.  Each successfully completed class will lead to 1 (one) credit.

• Students who are between 18 and 20 years old;
• Students who have a minimum of 5 credits;
• Students who have grade 9 English, Math and Science;
• Students who have not yet earned their OSSD;
• Students who are committed and able to attend everyday for nine weeks.

Yes.  You must be between the ages of 18-20 years old to be eligible for our EdVance Program. 
Note:  Students must be at least 18 years of age on the 1^st day of the quad they are entering.
