Welcome to CALC Adult! (21+)

Our Student Success Services team is here to support you with your academic and personal goals. From course selection and pathway planning to accessing student success resources and mental health supports, we encourage you to get to know us and familiarize yourself with our services.

Quads:

The school year at CALC divided into 4 quads (Quadmesters). A quad is like a semester in a regular high school, only it is approximately 9 weeks long. Students are required to take a minimum of two (2) courses each quad. Each course is two hours every day. At the end of the term you will earn a credit for each course that you complete and pass. Please see our registration page for upcoming dates

Age Qualification:

The Adult program is for students 21 years of age or older. If you are born after June 30, 2023, please visit the website for CALC's Edvance Program. If you do not qualify under this definition then your "home" school, an optional attendance school, or a Continuing Education program should accept you. If you do not meet the age criteria and cannot find a suitable alternative, contact the TDSB Placement Centre at 416.393.9300.

Academic Qualification:

Students are required to have a minimum of 5 credits and must have ENG1P1, ENG1D1, or ESLBO8. The EdVance program is oriented towards students who have fallen behind completing their OSSD, however, we do accept graduates as well.

For the registration appointment, you will need to bring:

1. Immigration or Citizenship documents
