open! Please submit the below form and follow the instructions carefully.
In-person registration will take place from Monday August 31-Friday September 4th.
Please arrive by 8:30 AM at the latest. If you arrive after 8:30 AM you may not be able to register.
When coming in for registration be sure to bring ORIGINAL documents with you. Photocopied documents will not be accepted.
You must bring the following information with you:
For Newcomers to the Country
- Proof of Status in Canada and photo ID (valid Canadian passport, birth certificate, permanent resident confirmation/card or refugee paperwork)
- Proof of Address (student name must be on the proof of address. It can be correspondence from the government, a lease agreement, a cell phone bill. Driver’s license and ID cards not accepted)
- $20 Registration
For Students From Another School or School Board
- Student Status Sheet or Transcript from previous high school
- Proof of Status in Canada and photo ID (valid Canadian passport, birth certificate, permanent resident confirmation/card or refugee paperwork)
- Proof of Address (student name must be on the proof of address. It can be correspondence from the government, a lease agreement, a cell phone bill, index card from your previous school. Driver’s license and ID cards not accepted)
- $20 Registration Fee may be paid with cash or School Online.

Can you graduate this year??
Have your completed:
- at least ONE credit with Emery ALC
By June, will you also have completed
- a grade 12 English,
- a grade 11 math
- and the OLC Literacy course?
If so, you are eligible to graduate.
Next Steps:
- Please come to Guidance to get the PLAR package,
- fill it out with appropriate documentation where possible and
- return it to our Guidance secretary, Lucy.
NOTE: Those students who have already submitted their mPLAR or graduated in the past do not need to do this.
