An invitation to the Open Meeting

Let your voice be heard…

Your SCHOOL COUNCIL is inviting YOU to its last meeting of the year on May 25, 2022, at 6:15 p.m.

It is an OPEN MEETING which means anyone from our community can join us. In open meetings, community members or parents join and have a one-on-one talk with the school representatives and the council members.

This is YOUR CHANCE to connect with us. Your council is a good place to let your voice be heard. Community members may raise their concerns, ask questions, and give suggestions. The council invites and encourages all community members to join. Tell us what you want and how you want it. And we will be there to answer your questions.

The people in our community are from different backgrounds and speak different languages, such as Dari, Pushto, Urdu, Punjabi, Persian, Bengali, Hindi, Tamil, Mandarin, Arabic etc. And YOUR COUNCIL IS INCLUSIVE of everyone. To include all, we will arrange for INTERPRETERS. Please inform MARIANNE BARTKIW of Fraser Mustard Early Learning Academy what language you speak at, and she will get you an interpreter.

The council members will discuss the following

  • School reports
  • School Nutrition program
  • End of year celebration

More details will follow in the upcoming newsletters.
