School Council is an active advisory body of the school and works in close partnership with the School Principal. School Council fundraises to support causes and initiatives outlined by the school to enrich student programming and the learning environment across all grades. There are many in-school volunteer opportunities throughout the school year and parents are encouraged to become involved.

All in-school volunteers must have a current vulnerable sector check (police reference check) on file with the school. More information regarding this process is available through the weekly Friday Flash newsletter.

Humber Valley Village JMS has always had an active and supportive parent community. We look forward to continuing this successful partnership.
