Dear Malvern Parents/Caregivers,

Our in person parent/caregiver teacher interview date is Thursday October 23, 2025, from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. This is an opportunity for you to speak to your child’s teacher about their progress, ahead of the mid-term report cards (which will be delivered during the week of November 17)

Parents/Caregivers can make appointments with teachers using the online platform (instructions are provided below). You can access the online platform starting Thursday October 16 @7am and it will close on Tuesday October 21 @4pm.

The link for online booking will also be posted in the school calendar.

Instructions for Booking an Appointment:

1. Register for an account by clicking the "REGISTER" menu tab and filling in the on-line form. Choose a user id and password for yourself and then click the "Register Now" button.
2. Add your children into the system by clicking the "Add a Student" button. Click the "Insert New" button to add more children.
3. Click the "date" icon beside each child's name to schedule appointments. Select the staff you wish to book appointments with and the "View Calendars" button. Use the "Ctrl" or "Command" key to select multiple staff to view at the same time.
4. Click on available time slots to book your appointments to make your bookings.
