The Roden Code of Conduct is a guideline for all students. It is intended to guide student behaviour.  As well as providing a secure environment, we want to create a climate that welcomes and provides for the involvement of the school community: students, staff, parents and guardians.  The use of acceptable language eliminates put downs, name-calling, rumours, teasing or swearing.  We respect and follow directions from all school staff.  Equity is practised regardless of religion, race, age, disability, gender, and sexual orientation.  Respect of the individual’s space is shown by keeping our hands, feet and objects to ourselves. School property, the environment and personal property is treated respectfully.  Students unable to comply with any aspect of our Code of Conduct will be addressed by staff and administration.  The guidelines established by the Toronto District School Board for serious occurrences will be followed.
