EarSketch

EarSketch Music Coding Club

At the March Assembly, students from the EarSketch Music Coding Club spoke to the school and talked about how EarSketch works.

They showed students and families how to:

  • Learn coding through music

  • Use EarSketch sounds (samples) or your own sounds to make music

  • Learn Python code

  • Produce studio-quality music

Our club was only able to present two student songs, produced using the EarSketch DAW (Digital Audio Workstation), but there was so much more to share. Visit EarSketch and start coding yourself and click on the links below to hear and see what other students have done here in the EarSketch Music Coding Club at Emily Carr
