Emery EdVance Secondary School

Welcome to Emery EdVance Secondary School, a school for students who are 18-20 years old.

We are Quadmestered and unlike regular secondary schools, you can earn up to 3 credits per Quad, plus more with credit recovery @ Emery EdVance!

We strive to provide extracurricular opportunities for all students. School is so much more than studying!

2026-2027

Quads 1 and 2 Registration

Registration for Quads 1 and 2 begins August 24th and ends August 28th.

Please come to the EdVance Guidance Office and wait to see Ms. Samantha Themeliopoulos between 8:30 am and 1:30 pm. You do not need an appointment; registration is on a first come, first served basis.

When coming in for registration be sure to bring ORIGINAL documents with you. Photocopied documents will not be accepted.

You must bring the following information with you:

For Newcomers to the Country

Proof of Status in Canada and photo ID (valid Canadian passport, birth certificate, permanent resident confirmation/card or refugee paperwork)
Proof of Address (student name must be on the proof of address. It can be correspondence from the government, a lease agreement, a cell phone bill. Driver’s license and ID cards not accepted)
$20 Registration

For Students From Another School or School Board

Student Status Sheet or Transcript from previous high school
Proof of Status in Canada and photo ID (valid Canadian passport, birth certificate, permanent resident confirmation/card or refugee paperwork)
Proof of Address (student name must be on the proof of address. It can be correspondence from the government, a lease agreement, a cell phone bill, index card from your previous school. Driver’s license and ID cards not accepted)
