 Avondale Public School - new student registration is ongoing using the TDSB On-Line Registration system at Registration.  Once your Online registration is complete we will contact you directly to schedule a virtual meeting to verify the documentation.

Avondale Extended Day Program - Before and After School Programming

Avondale's EDP operates from 7:15 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., every school day as well as PA Days, March Break, and partially over the winter break. An Extended Day Program (EDP) provides seamless learning for children from Kindergarten to Grade 6 who require care before school starts and at the end of the school day. Children will develop skills such as collaboration, responsibility, problem-solving, creativity, citizenship, and leadership through interesting activities. Extended Day Programs will be delivered by TDSB staff including a Designated Early Childhood Educator. Children will receive two nutritious snacks per day. Avondale Alternative Elementary School: Please note that Avondale Elementary Alternative School has moved to Bayview MIddle School at 25 Bunty Lane, as of September 2024, and is no longer located at 171 Avondale Ave.
