School Council

Please complete this form if you are a parent/guardian/caregiver representative who would like to be nominated   OR   would like to nominate someone else as a voting general member of the school council. 
**If you are nominating more than one person, please complete separate forms for each person you are nominating.

The nomination meeting and required voting will occur on Tuesday, October 1st, 2024, in the school library. You/the nominated candidate must be present at the meeting to be considered. 
Election Nomination Forms are also located in hard copy in the office.

Please complete the election nomination form by Thursday September 26th, 2024.

Every single parent/caregiver of children attending Ecole Bannockburn Public School can attend the School Advisory Council meetings and can volunteer for various events at the school.

ELECTIONS
General Members of School Advisory Council must make a commitment to attend meetings to vote on various School Advisory Council matters and planning (virtual/in-person) events;
The first meeting will be held on September 26, 2023 at 6 pm. 
The election will be held on October 26, 2024 at 6 pm;
Once all the general members of School Advisory Council are elected, they will then elect/select the Executive Members of School Council which are the Chair/Co-Chairs, the Secretary/Co-Secretaries and the Treasurer/Co-Treasurers;
If there are not enough interested candidates, the nominees will be acclaimed.
