All of our parents are invited to join our thriving School Council, which is comprised entirely of parent volunteers. Our School Council functions in an advisory capacity and works in close partnership with our school administration. 

Members of our School Council meet once a month to plan and organize a wide variety of volunteer initiatives that take place throughout the academic year.  For example, our parent/caregiver volunteers assist with field trips off-site, and they are often involved in events for curriculum extensions within our classrooms as well. 

School Council organizes community events and fundraisers every year.  The Fall Fair, Movie Night and Garden Fete to name a few. Our School Council also organizes weekly pizza lunches for our students, as well as outreach events like our annual food drives and 'holiday hamper' programs.
