If your child will be 4 by Dec. 31, 2017, they may start Junior Kindergarten in Sept. 2017.*
If your child will be 5 by Dec. 31, 2017, they may start Senior Kindergarten in Sept. 2017.*
(*Children are not required to attend school by law until the age of 6 in Ontario.)

To register you will need copies of the following:
- proof of age and citizenship such as a birth certificate or passport and landing papers
- proof of immunization
- proof of address, such as lease agreement or current bill
- Ontario Health Card or private health insurance 
- Daycare letter - if your child attends one of the following:
- Church Street School Child Care
- YMCA-FDA (Family Development Center)

PLEASE NOTE: Children currently attending Church Street Public School DO NOT need to register for the next school year.
