School Improvement Plan
1. Fostering a more inclusive school culture, strengthening partnerships with Indigenous communities, and ensuring all students have increased knowledge of Indigenous cultures, histories, and perspectives
2. Improve the % of elementary students who meet or exceed benchmarks on the Fall and Winter Literacy Screening
3. Increase math achievement on the report cards of all students to provincial standard and close disproportionate outcomes
4. Improve % of students who believe their learning has prepared them for the next step in their learning experience (i.e., next grade / high school)
5. Increase % of students in Grade 6 who report being aware of mental health supports and services to seek supports for mental health
MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission at Cliffside is to empower all students to reach their full potential and to acquire the knowledge, critical thinking skills and values they need to become responsible members of a democratic society.To accomplish this mission, it is essential that we continue to provide a positive, supportive and safe learning environment where co-operation, personal responsibility and respect are valued and demonstrated.

Our code of conduct outlines our expectations that students will be safe, responsible and respectful members of our school and community.
