Me to WE - WE are Silent Campaign

This very moving video is part of the “We are Silent” 2018 project.

The message delivered by a few of our grade 6, 7 and 8 Me to We members includes urging fellow children to pledge their silence:

“Take a stand: Take a Vow of Silence in support of children whose voices have been silence or denied”

They encourage a vow as well as donations in support of helping children living in poverty:

“Give them the tools to speak for themselves and lift themselves out of poverty”

Student Absence Form

Safe Arrival and late arrivals (sign-in);

  • Parents/Guardians should call School Messenger directly 1-833-250-2290 (by 9 am) to report their child(ren)’s absence for the day to avoid the School Messenger automated call back.
  • If your child will be late for school (i.e. due to appointments) the same applies.  Please call it in.  All students are considered absent for the whole day until they arrive at school.
  • All students arriving late must visit the school office FIRST to receive a “late slip” before heading to class.  The slip indicates they have arrived to school and their absence will be reversed in our system.   There is no sign-in book!
  • Afternoon absences only: if your child will not return to class after lunch please call the School Office at 416-396-2335  to report to avoid the automated call back.
