Opening Exercises 

The land acknowledgement, national anthem and announcement happen after the start of period 2. 

Breakfast Program and Mid-Morning Meal

A free breakfast is available to all Eastdale students in the Main Foyer as they enter the school. As well, a mid-morning snack, prepared by one of our classes, is delivered to all classes after morning break.

Lunch

Lunch, prepared by the students in the Hospitality Program, is available to all students free of charge. A lunch ticket for this service must be picked up in the Main Office during morning break.

Smoking

With the passage of the Provincial legislation, “The Tobacco Control Act”, smoking or even holding a lit tobacco product is not allowed in any school building or on the school grounds.
