Please note that the timelines for 2013-2014 Optional Attendance and Course Selection process are as follows:

• January, 2013 Secondary schools declare if there are limited spaces available to the regular program for students from outside of the catchment area. Students may apply to no more than 2 regular programs at a secondary school that is not their designated home school

• 1 February, 2013 Application for Optional Attendance forms (regular program) due at secondary
 school(s)
 
Please note, it is the parent's responsibility to ensure that the Optional Attendance form is delivered to the requested school(s)

• 14 February, 2013 Deadline for parents/guardians to be informed of the status of their Application for Optional Attendance

• 25 February, 2013 all elementary Course Selection Sheets due to Grade 8 Guidance Counsellor

• 1 March, 2013 Grade 8 Guidance Counsellor to deliver all Course Selection Sheets to secondary schools
