After an active program, we welcome our students into the dining hall to refill their tanks, hydrate, and reflect with their peers.
The EOEC is partnered with the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) who owns and operates the dining hall facility. The dining hall includes a separate mudroom, bathrooms, and of course the eatery. Students' first lunch will be brought from home and eaten in our building. Remaining meals will be served in the dining hall.
Please make sure that any dietary needs, accommodations, or restrictions are communicated on your permission forms ('Student Dietary Restrictions'). Kitchen staff are experienced in providing appropriate food for all of our visiting students (e.g. Halal, gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, etc.).
Food is served banquet style where students come up to the serving counter and choose which foods they would like, as well as how much. Serving proportions are very generous, with seconds always available, and usually thirds and fourths!
