On behalf of the staff of Galloway Rd. P.S., I want to extend a warm welcome back to a new school year to all students and families of our learning community! I hope you are all as excited as we are for schools to reopen to students this September. Staff have been busy preparing their learning spaces to receive students. I want to assure you that we are doing everything possible to ensure the health and safety of all school community members, while also providing the best academic experience possible for students, supporting mental health and well-being, and considering the needs of families and staff.  As I am sure you can appreciate, the start-up to this year has been unlike any other. As a result, we have established new routines inside and outside of the school for the health and safety of our whole community.   

We are so proud of our school and our students who strive to do their best each day, arriving on time, with a positive attitude, and ready to learn! Working together we can ensure that each and every student has the opportunity to achieve and succeed in academics, and develops the skills necessary in order to become productive and responsible global citizens. I encourage every family to be actively involved in our learning community, whether it is through joining our School Council or just by keeping in touch with your child's teacher through the agenda. You voice is important to us!

We look forward to a wonderful school year ahead and we will continue to keep the health and safety of all students at the forefront of all we do!
