Snack Attack

Nutrition Program/Snack Attack

Healthy bodies, healthy minds!

Seventh Street Junior School will be extending our exciting Snack Attack Program to support all students with a healthy morning treat!   The program includes a variety of healthy foods that complement the Canada Food Guide. By serving foods that are delicious and healthy, we help contribute to the nutrition of our students and ensure that they are maintaining a healthy and balanced diet. All products are nut free; however, dairy products are regularly included as a snack item. There is information on the form to inform the school of any allergies that your child may have.

Although we receive some funding for our program, we ask families to contribute to the success of our program by contributing $10.00 per month to offset the high cost of this program.

Another way to support our snack program is with your donations of the following items:

  •  Ziplock Containers (2000 ml)
  • Plastic Spoons/Forks
  • Dixie Cups
  • Napkins
  • Kitchen Utensils (Cutting Boards/Sharp Knives/Spatulas/Bowls/Ladels, etc)

If you are interested in volunteering with the Seventh Street Snack Attack, please contact the office at (416) 394-7820.  We would love to have your help in the following areas:

  • Snack Preparation
  • Fundraising
  • Shopping
  • Baking
