Our Parenting and Family Literacy Centre opened at our school in September 2008.  Since that time, families have come to enjoy a play based program that focuses on developing early literacy and numeracy skills.

Children participate in story and music time, art, sand and water play, and many other activities designed to develop reading, writing and mathematical concepts.  Snack is offered. 

This programs helps with the transition to Kindergarten.

Families can access supports from various services in the community (health, housing, legal aid, and special needs referrals).

The centre is open from Monday to Thursday 8:45 a.m. - 1:45 p.m.
