To register your child in person or complete the registration process (if you have registered online), please provide the following documents to the school:

• Birth Certificate or Passport if the child was born in Canada 
• Immigration papers if the child was born outside of Canada
• Two pieces of documents (current) that show your address
• Immunization Record and Health Card
