Once online registration has been completed, the school will call to finalize the registration process!
Please bring the following documents to the school:
Must have the following:

Birth Certificate or Passport if the child was born in Canada

Immigration papers if the child was born outside of Canada
Must have two piece of a current document that shows your address: (One from each of the categories)
Category A
- Property Tax Bill/MPAC Notice of Assessment
- Current Mortgage Statement
- Rental/Lease Agreement or Deed
- Agreement of Purchase and Sale, including proof of purchase
Category B
- Current Utility Bill (i.e. Hydro, Water, Enbridge)
- Residential Phone/Cable/Internet Bill/e-Bill
- Current Insurance Policy - Home, Tenant or Auto
- Official government documents (CRA Notice of Assessment, OAS, etc.)
- Original correspondence from a government agency, legal clinic, etc.
You may require:
- Immunization Record and Health Card
