Family Camp 2024

Family Camp Weekends (4 Days)
Bring your whole family and enjoy a safe wilderness adventure. Activities include the high ropes, swimming, canoeing, hiking, archery, campfires, arts and crafts, blanket toss and much more. Regardless of whether this is your first or 100th camp experience, we look forward to seeing you!
Delicious home-cooked meals and snacks are provided from Friday dinner to Monday Breakfast. The facility is nut free and our kitchen staff do their very best to accommodate any dietary concerns.
Accommodations:
The LODGE has 5 rooms that sleep 2-8, Cabins (Blue Roof) sleep up to 10(min 4ppl), The Ridge Cabins sleep up to 16 (Min 6ppl), The Homestead and Bunkhouse are two of our original cabins onsite and can sleep up to 20 ppl. Blue Roof and Ridge Cabin accommodations have washrooms located centrally outside. The Lodge, Homestead and Bunkhouse all have washrooms within the buildings. Accommodations are assigned based on the families prefered choice and number of members in the family group.
Transportation:
Coach bus transportation is available at no extra charge. Bus pick up and drop off location will take place at AGINCOURT RECREATION CENTRE 31 Glen Watford Drive, Toronto. Loading for the bus will begin at 12:30 pm. Departure from Toronto will be at 1:00pm. Please be on time as the bus will not wait. The bus will depart Camp Kearney shortly after breakfast on Monday; drop off at Agincourt Recreation Centre will be approx.12:00pm.
Both weekends now have limited spaces remaining; names will be added to the waitlist confirmation of spaces will be given by the camp director.

Camp #1: Friday July 19 - Monday July 22, 2024 ** Spaces are limited **
Camp #2: Friday August 9 - Monday August 12, 2024 **Spaces are limited**
Prices:
Adult (17 years +) : $300.00
Child (5-16 years) : $150.00
4 years and under : No Charge
**Full price for first two adult family members. Three or more Adults; save $50/additional Adult
Example: 2 Adults = $ 600.00
3 Adults = $ 850.00
** Full price first two children family members. Three or more children; save $50/ additional child.
Example: 2 Children = $ 300.00
3 Children =$ 400.00
Bus Fare is included if you want a Coach bus ride to and from Camp Kearney.
Registration will Open February 1, 2024.
Online payments are available. You will need to set up a School Cash Online Account to pay through this method. If you have another Cash Online account your password/username will be the same and work from the tdsb.schoolcashonline.com home page.
Other Payment Options
A cheque or money order can also be sent by mail/courier, made out to Scarborough Outdoor Education School and sent to Camp Kearney, Box #210, Kearney, ON. P0A 1M0
Payment will be due by June 10, 2024.

• Family camp needs a minimum of 20 participants to operate. In the event that the program doesn't run participants will be issued a full refund. Deadline for the Family Camp to run will be June 30th. Spread the word, and register today!!
