Why AP

Pre-AP is a set of teaching strategies designed and used to introduce concepts and skills to prepare students for the AP year.

  • New and experienced AP Teachers work together (vertical teams) to develop and implement a vertically aligned program from grade 12 to grades 11, 10 and 9.
  • Prepare students for the AP Program.
  • Unique activities and strategies are used to illustrate concepts.
  • Builds a close working community between Pre-AP teachers,AP teachers, students and parents.
