School Cash Online

As many of you know, Williamson is now offering School Cash Online as its preferred method of payment for all school fees, everything from field trips to pizza lunch.

School Cash Online is a safe and secure on-line payment method.  There are many advantages to using School Cash Online:

  • You can pay for things at any hour of the day, from anywhere
  • You can pay by e-cheque, debit or credit card
  • You can pay on your mobile, tablet or desktop computer
  • You will receive electronic reminders of upcoming events and due payments
  • Glen Ames and Malvern are also moving to this system.

While it is an incredibly busy time of year, we are asking you to register your family on-line before the holidays.  It won’t take more than two minutes.  Step by step instructions are included on Frances’ weekly email, on the orange letter sent home on Dec 16th or by clicking herePlease help Frances meet our school goal of having 100% of our families registered.  Click here to get started!

Willy Outreach

Our school will be running a food drive December 5 – 16.  We welcome donations of non-perishable food for these two weeks and The Daily Bread Food Bank will pick up our donations on December 19.  Our goal is 750 lbs of food, please help us reach our goal.

Williamson Road Community has supported Community Centre 55 for the past several years with their Teen Angel Program.  The Teen Angel Program supports teenagers that are often forgotten when gifts are donated for young children.  CC 55 seldom has enough age appropriate gifts for the teenagers so we collect gift cards donated by our community from various stores that are appealing to teens.  This drive will kick off December 5 and run through December 23.   If you would like to participate please grab a paper ornament off of our tree in the main hallway and purchase a gift card from store printed on the ornament, any denomination, or if you are not able to stop in to pick up a paper ornament please feel free to donate a gift card from any store, or lunch place (Tim Horton’s, Subway etc) of your choice and drop off the gift card to the office by December 23.

Terry Fox Run

Thank you to all the Willy families for supporting our Terry Fox Run this year and helping us reach our goal of $4000.  This year we raised $4800!  We could not have done it without all your support and dedication!    Thank you!
