We platform equitable access for all children, and work diligently to ensure that we provide learning opportunities for all our students in ways that focus on their learning styles and builds on their strengths.
Our Special Education Program consists of students who require a more specific programming to meet their individual needs.
Our Community Based Resource Model has three components:
• Home School Program (HSP) - Grades 4 - 8
• Resource Program
These programs focus on providing support in language and/or math for a specified amount of time during the week from Special Education teachers. Students' programs are tailored to their specific needs and strengths.
We also have Intensive Support Special Education Programs that provide support to our students who have medical, physical and/or developmental challenges. We are very proud of the measure of integration we have accomplished for our students in our intensive support programs.
