Registration Process

In order to enroll into EYRAC please talk to your guidance councilor or vice-principal. Your home school's official will complete the referral note that is found below. EYRAC staff will contact the student's guardian and arrange an appointment.

It is necessary to bring these three items to the appointment:

birth certificate or passport
health card
one proof of address (a letter addressed to the student or guardian; a driver's licence CANNOT be used as proof of address)

You may choose to print and complete all forms before your appointment in order to speed up the intake process.
