Parents are children's first and life-long teachers. We value the partnership between home and school and know that parental involvement is the key to success in school. Our goal is to provide your family with a positive learning environment, that offers a variety of programs and services that promote outstanding student achievement. You can be involved by helping your child with homework, volunteering in our school, or joining our School Council (see School Council tab for meeting dates and details). By welcoming you and providing opportunities for you to be involved, we can work together to ensure that our students receive the very best education.

Healthy Snack Program
The Snack Program for Grenoble PS will be running again this year. The Flemingdon Foodworks Snack Program is supported by the Toronto Public Health and The Toronto Foundation for Student Success. The goals of the Snack Program are to:
offer a healthy mid-morning snack to all students (JK to Gr 6)
educate students and community member about the value of proper nutrition
provide an opportunity for social and life skills development for students and the community.
It will take a few weeks for our Snack Program to start running. In the meantime, parents are asked to send Nut-Free snacks to school. We are a "Nut Aware" school and have many students with life-threatening allergies to nuts and nut products. Our teachers will be reviewing healthy and safe snacks with their classes the first week of school.
