Welcome to Humber Valley Village Junior Middle School.

At Humber Valley Village, we are dedicated to the safety, well-being, and success of all our students. In true partnership with staff, students, and parents we strive to create a rich learning environment that encourages all students to realize their full potential. Aligned with the TDSB’s Multi Year Strategic Plan our School Improvement Plan focuses on student voice, student choice and culturally relevant and responsive pedagogy.

At Humber Valley Village, we provide a variety of academic and extra-curricular programs that allow each student to develop important life skills and become well rounded individuals.  Our students are given the opportunity to participate in a variety of sports; explore curriculum through inquiry-based learning; challenge Global and Social issues, participate in anti-bullying initiatives; demonstrate student voice and choice through culminating tasks and assignments and enjoy the Arts through our partnerships with TDSB Arts/Performer vendors.

Our staff and parents are committed to the development and growth of each student.  Together we teach, mentor and coach our students to grow as learners and to challenge themselves to achieve success. At Humber Valley Village, everyone has potential, and everyone can experience success. I am very proud to be part of this wonderful school community.
