We are back! 

Ionview staff are busy getting ready for Tuesday, September 3rd! This will be the first day of the 2024-2025 school year. 

Staff are getting classrooms set up and excitedly looking forward to welcoming in our students. 

Families are asked to keep an eye out for an email from admin on Monday with some important return to school information. This is intended to provide you with many details you can use to support your child's preparations for a great school year. A second email will be sent at the end of the day on Friday sharing with you who your child's teacher will be for next year.  This email will also let you know where you can meet your child's teacher on the first day of school. Emails will be sent to the email address of record. Should you not receive an email we ask that you also check your junk folder before contacting the school. 

At this time we are asking that all families make sure they have access to two very important web applications. Please register for School Cash Online and Excursion Management Application (EMA) this week if you do not yet have accounts. These are where families will pay for school items and approve their child's participation on trips and teams. If you have accounts from last year you do not have to reactivate.

We also ask that you complete the TDSB Permission Click start of year forms. These allow your child to participate in clubs, gain access to technology and take walks in the community. Please complete this form as soon as the board emails it to you. We need your permission for these items from day one. 

Ionview is a special place to learn. We are looking forward to a fantastic school year and will be looking for many opportunities to partner with families this year.
