Registration Information

 


Registration for the following school year opens in January

 



 

Please follow the link https://www.tdsb.on.ca/EarlyYears/KindergartenMonth and choose the correct school year.

 

Steps for Registration

 

Step 1: Complete the Online Registration Form.  

Step 2: Wait for an email from the school asking you to come into the office to show proof of address (2 pieces) and proof of age.

*If coming from another TDSB school, a new registration is not required. Contact the school to set up a time to come in and provide the required documents and a transfer will be set up with the other school.


Required Documents


1. Proof of Age (Birth Certificate, Passport)
2. Two pieces of Proof of Residency (one from each category)

Category A: Property Tax, MPAC Notice, Current Mortgage Statement, Rental/Lease Agreement or deed.

Category B: CRA Income Tax Assessment (Most recent), Utility Bill (water, hydro, gas, home phone/cable/internet, home/tenant/auto insurance), Recent correspondence from a municipal, provincial, or federal government agency.

3. Verification of date of arrival if the child was not born in Canada (if applicable: Study/Work Permit, Record of Landing, Refugee Claim, etc.)

4. Custody papers if applicable  


Immunization Records are to be submitted directly to Toronto Public Health. You may submit your child's immunization records online to Toronto Public Health by visiting www.toronto.ca/immunization


Out of Area Attendance


King George is closed for Out of Area Attendance. That means we are not able to accept students from outside our school boundary.
