MCI Breakfast Nutrition Program

Our MCI Breakfast Nutrition Program is up and running for the fourth year. This program would not be possible without the generous bakery donations of Cobs Bread ($3000-$3500 per week) and a $30,000 grant from Toronto Foundation for Student Success which helps provide necessary fruits, vegetables, and cheese throughout the day for our student population.

Furthermore, under the leadership of MCI Ms.Peters and the dedication of parent and student volunteers, we are able to feed approximately 600 students a day. With the assistance of community sponsors, parents and student volunteers, we can educate our students about nutrition and foster a sense of community.
