To support families in establishing positive routines and healthy habits, staff developed Building Great Habits, a parent learning resource focused on everyday strategies that help children feel calm, confident, and ready to learn. The resources explore topics such as predictable routines, fostering independence, meaningful screen use, reading for connection, low-tech play, and building responsibility over time.
