This year, our students in grades 1-5 receive two 40-minute fitness classes every week.
The students are learning about how their bodies work, increasing their muscle endurance and developing their knowledge of how to improve their personal level of fitness.
Through this website, our school goal is to help parents increase the daily physical activity of children at home so your child can enjoy the benefits of a healthy lifestyle for a long time.
