Rose Ave. P.S. is a vibrant downtown inner-city school located in the centre of St. James Town. Our diverse student population is drawn from the 24 apartment towers, housing over 27,000 people in one of the most densely populated and multicultural communities in North America. The school has a student population of over 650. More than 85% of the students have English as their second language, representing about 50 language groups. We have a strong instructional focus on literacy, numeracy, the arts, STEM and the environment.
