Parents are a key part of the success of Roselands Public School. We believe in working in partnership with parents in order for students to achieve success in all aspects of school life. We have an active Parent Council that supports and enriches the experiences of our Roseland students.

Parking Lot
Please ensure that you are using extra caution in the parking lot. A top priority is our students' safety. We strongly encourage that parents accompany all students when they are in the parking lot.
Polite reminders:
- Please make sure that you park in designated parking spots at all times,.
- Please do not park on the chevron white lines as we have buses arriving for both our school and daycare.
- Please do not block other cars into a spot.
- Cars should be turned off if no one is in the car.
- Please understand that we may have to ask you to move your car if it is blocking the bus laneway or preventing them from making a turn.
Roselands Playground
Our school playground is an activity our students enjoy. We ask that only Roselands students use the playground during school hours (especially before school, recess, lunch recess and until 3:45 pm). We understand that siblings often want to play as well, but we ask that you support us. The reasoning is that kids not at our school do not know all of the playground expectations, we have divided the playground equitably for our primary and junior students and we are concerned for safety if little kids are on with our older students. This is to ensure the safety of our students and others. We appreciate your co-operation.
Roselands is a GOLD certified eco-school! Help us achieve our goal. Please send litterless lunches with your children. Put food into re-usable containers. Students will be bringing most garbage home and we will be recycling and composting at the school.
