Mental Health is Wealth:

The TDSB will be holding a youth and caregiver engagement day in collaboration with CAFCAN’s Indaba event entitled Mental Health is Wealth on Sunday, May 5th, 2024 from 12:30pm-4:00pm at BMOIFL, 3550 Pharmacy Avenue, Scarborough. This event will be a safe space for both youth and caregivers to find out more about how to navigate our mental health care system while also taking part in self-care activities such as yoga, meditation, mindfulness painting activities, and more! Incredible presentations will be planned that allow young people and community members alike to share their thoughts on mental health research and bring clinicians into the fold to inform us on how we can help one another seek out mental health services.

Attendance is free along with free food as well! If interested, please register at the following:  https://www.eventbrite.com/e/mental-health-is-wealth-community-event-tickets-873859576517?aff=oddtdtcreator. Please share widely.
