School will be open on Monday

We are happy to inform you that the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) and the Government of Ontario have reached a tentative agreement averting a strike. As a result, all TDSB schools will be open as normal tomorrow - Monday, November 21, 2022.

Possible School Closure to Students on Monday

As shared, the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) announced that they will be on strike, starting on Monday, November 21, unless an agreement is reached with the Government of Ontario.

While we hope that an agreement will be reached and students and staff will be at school and work on Monday, should this strike occur, all TDSB schools will be closed for in-person learning for all students.

Should our school be closed to students, please check your email for information about learning at home.

Progress Report Cards and Conferences

Progress Reports were provided to students on Thursday, November 17.

Your child's teacher will be contacting parents/guardians/caregivers to schedule a meeting to review your child's progress during the week. Please check your email or your child's backpack.

Remember that Friday, November 18 is a PA Day. There is no school for students.

School closed to in-person students on Friday

As a reminder, school will be closed to in-person students on Friday.

Today students were given work packages from their teachers to complete at home on Friday. Please reach out to your child's teacher by email if you have any questions.

Remember to monitor your email, the TDSB website and our Thorncliffe Park website for updated information about next week.

Virtual classes will continue as usual on Friday.
