Are You Ready for the Great Backyard Bird Count?

Winter birds are all around us!  Why not have your students participate in the Great Backyard Bird Count from February 12 -15, 2021? This could be a great addition to your Needs and Characteristics of Living Things and Growth and Changes in Animals units, or it could be a real world mathematics exercise in charting and graphing.  The best part is that it may be done at school or home by simply looking out the window.
