Parents

Early Pick Up/Dismissal/Arrival:

We would like to remind all parents and caregivers that any child that is required to leave the school during the instructional day needs to be signed out in the office.  This also applies to parents wanting to pick up their child early before the end of the school day.  We discourage students from being picked up before 3:15 p.m. as it is disruptive to classroom routines.  We continue to ask that parents pick up their students at the back of the school at their designated door for grades 1-6 and in the front of the school at the gated area for students in kindergarten. Students who arrive late before 9:10 a.m. MUST go to door 9.  Students who arrive after 9:10 a.m. must report to the office and obtain a "late slip" before entering class.

Lunch Drop off

We continue to have lunches dropped off before 11:30 a.m.  If you are bringing a lunch for your child, please do so by 11:40 a.m.  Leave it on the table, in the front hall with your child's name written on it. Thank you.

PARENTS/VISITORS IN THE SCHOOL

Parents and visitors MUST ALWAYS begin their visit in the office.  No Exceptions.  All TDSB schools abide by the same visitor policy in which all visitors, parents, board personnel, etc who enter the school must sign in and sign out through the office.  We need to ensure who is in the building at all times.

The main entrance is for use AFTER 9:10 a.m.  We ask that our families of the parenting centre buzz at the main door and someone from the Early ON centre will come out to screen and greet you.
